At Peazy Gifts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Personalized and sale items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.
2. Return Process
- Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns that have not been approved by our team via email will not be accepted.
- To initiate a return, email info@peazygifts.com with your order number and reason for return.
3. Change of Mind Returns
- If you change your mind, we offer exchanges or store credit only (no refunds).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All sales of items that are personalised are final and do not qualify for a change of mind return.Â
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:
- Email Info@peazygifts.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or error.
- Complete our Faulty Product Form (provided by email on request).
- Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Customers must provide sufficient evidence that the product was damaged before it was received.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Change of Mind: Store credit or exchange only. items that have been personalised do not qualify for a 'change of mind' refund.
- Faulty/Incorrect Items: Customers may choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
6. Additional Information
- We do not accept returns for unauthorized shipments (items returned without prior approval).
- Refunds/store credit will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
